Andre for Directly Independent Advisor. Office Professional Plus is a volume license product and its usually provided through an organization. How did you originally obtain a license for Office Pro Plus? Thats the channel you need to go back through to get the key.

You may have 2 MS Offices installed on your system out of which one may be either unlicensed or not activated A. Perform Online Repair of new Office. Thanks for your feedback.
