Also, I had to use the link provided to install the app because search in the Windows Store is so broken. It wouldn’t support offline downloads if it was a PWA.

I see your point but Windows 10 apps are so rare we should still just be grateful sadly. Most will use te website anyway as few ever open the Microsoft Store to start with.

No techie on this end but so far my experience as a regular user is excellent, easy to navigate, downloads clear to select and follow progress, and video quality great.

No complaints at all from the common man.
